Conference Guest Room Rates

Standard Guest Room, one King or two Doubles

• $119.00/night

All rates are per night plus taxes and fees. Rates are valid 3 days prior and 3 days after the official dates of the conference, based on availability.

Check-In/Out Time

Check-In time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Omni guest service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Early Departure Fees

In the event a TxSGS 2019 Family History Conference Omni guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to the guest’s individual account/credit card. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Omni Westside at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

Reservations

You must book your room by September 19, 2019, to get the TxSGS Conference discount. Reservations requested after 5:00 p.m. on September 19 will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing rate.

Reservation Guarantee

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 12:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.

Any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered “No-Shows” and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be charted to the individual’s credit card on file.

FROM GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT

Take John F. Kennedy Boulevard to the Sam Houston Tollway feeder road. Make a right on the Sam Houston Tollway feeder road. Take Sam Houston Tollway West ($3.75 fee per way) to I-10 West. Exit at Eldridge Parkway. Make a right onto Eldridge Parkway. The hotel is located on the left.

FROM WILLIAM P. HOBBY AIRPORT

Take a left on Airport Boulevard. Turn left on Telephone Road. Take Sam Houston Tollway West to I-10 West. Exit at Eldridge Parkway. Make a right on Eldridge Parkway. The hotel is located on the left.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH – VIA I-45 SOUTH

Take I-45 South to Exit 60 and turn onto Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway). Take Beltway 8 to I-10 West. It is approximately a 40-minute drive on the Beltway and there will be 2 toll stops, costing approximately $5 each way. Take I-10 West to Exit 753A (Eldridge Parkway). Make a right (north) onto Eldridge Parkway. The hotel is located on the left.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH – VIA I-45 NORTH

Take I-45 North merging left onto I-610 West. Continue on I-610 to Exit 11. Take Exit 11 to I-10 West and continue on I-10 West to Exit 753A (Eldridge Parkway). Make a right (north) onto Eldridge Parkway. The hotel is located on the left.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST – VIA I-10 WEST

Take I-10 to Exit 753A (Eldridge Parkway). Make a right (north) onto Eldridge Parkway. The hotel is located on the left.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST – VIA I-10 EAST

Take I-10 East to Exit 753A (Eldridge Parkway). Make a left (north) onto Eldridge Parkway. The hotel is located on the left.

*Important: Please note that after 9:00 p.m. and until 5:30 a.m. daily, you must use the main hotel drive entrance at Dairy Ashford and Eldridge Parkway. The entrances located off the Katy Freeway frontage road remain locked for our guests’ safety during these hours.
