Early Bird registration rate applies to those submitted online by September 30, 2023. Online registration and payment through TxSGS are available until November 7. Beginning on November 8, you may register and pay at Playback.txsgs.org. After November 7, 2023, the All-in-One Package is available at the Non-Member rate. No other packages or member discounts will be available after November 7, 2023.

Cancellations & Refunds
The last day to submit cancellations and receive a refund is October 21, 2023.
- Cancellations of conference registration. Refund of amount paid minus a $45 non-refundable administration fee if submitted prior to and including October 21, 2023. Cancellations of conference registration at any time prior to and including October 21, 2023 – You will NOT have access to the digital syllabus.
- Cancellations after October 21, 2023 – No refunds will be issued after October 21, 2023; however, registrants will receive access to the digital syllabus as well as a link to On-Demand recordings for the package level purchased.
