Clayton Library Friends, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization that seeks to enrich the resources and facilities of The Family History Research Center at the Clayton Library Campus, a unit of the Houston Public Library. In the pursuit of that mission, the officers and directors of the organization, in coordination with the manager of the Clayton Library, organize and direct fundraising projects to support the acquisition of research material for the library, to upgrade library facilities, and to enhance library services.
Consistently named one of the top genealogical research libraries in the United States, Houston Public Library’s Family History Research Center at the Clayton Library Campus features a large collection of national and international materials and a staff that guides visitors through their family history research. The library is located in the Museum District of Houston, Texas. Its campus is composed of four buildings that includes the historic William L. Clayton residence and a large, modern research facility. Clayton Library Friends, a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, non-profit organization of volunteers, has promoted and enriched the resources of the library since 1987.
Dallas Genealogical Society (Gold)
The Dallas Genealogical Society is a non-profit tax exempt Section 501(c)(3) organization that provides resources and services of interest to family history researchers in (or with an interest in) Dallas and North Texas. We partner with the Genealogy & History Division of the Dallas Public Library to provide services and educational activities that cultivate and nurture an interest in Family History Research.

The San Angelo Genealogical and Historical Society is a nonprofit organization which was organized in 1972. Our mission is to support Concho Valley genealogists in their pursuit of their ancestry through providing genealogical education, collecting and preserving documents pertaining to the history of West Texas, and supporting the repository and genealogy library at The West Texas Collection (WTC) at ASU and the genealogy library at the Stephens Central Library in San Angelo through donations of genealogical and historical materials.
