Exhibitor Booth at 2024 TxSGS Conference

TxSGS will host TxSGS Live! online on Friday and Saturday, November 1-2, featuring live Q&A with ten well-known speakers. These sessions will be recorded and combined with 31 pre-recorded On-Demand sessions and several Bonus sessions that will be accessible to registrants through February 2, 2025. The Virtual Expo Hall will be open to attendees October 28, 2024, through February 2, 2025.

Booth Details

All sponsors and exhibitors receive a virtual expo hall booth. You will be given direct access to customize your virtual booth for maximum audience engagement. Possible features include:

• Build an interactive showcase for your organization
• Upload a product video featuring an overview of your product
• Conduct a showcase for attendees through embedded livestreamed demonstrations
• Feature brochures and product information
• Schedule meet-ups with prospects and others interested in learning more about your organization, products, and
• Offer a visual booth preview in a gallery

Participate in the Passport Contest or other engagement activities designed to encourage virtual booth traffic and help you develop leads.
