Have you thought about beginning your family history, but don’t know where to start? Or perhaps you need to learn how to use internet sources to help with your genealogy research? Maybe you have done a lot of research, but need to have a Czech document translated or need to refer to research books emphasizing Czech immigrants, Czech dictionaries, or maps of the Czech Republic. Would you like to be able to sit down and get individual help with your genealogy questions? The Texas Czech Genealogy Society (TCGS) is offering an open workshop to try and meet your research needs for anyone wanting individual help in researching their family history.
April 28-29th, 2017 from 10:00 am-4:00 pm each day, TCGS will host “Tracking Ancestral Footprints: A TCGS Genealogy Research Workshop” at the Caldwell Civic and Visitor Center, 103 Texas Hwy 21 W. in Caldwell, TX. Registration fee is $10 per person for one or both days. Lunch is on your own. To serve you better, you are encouraged to register by April 21st. Both TCGS and non-TCGS members are invited to attend.
