Member Discounts
If you would like to take advantage of conference discounts available to TxSGS members, visit our Membership page for information on becoming a member.
To receive your member discount, you must be logged into your member account. If you have forgotten your user name or password, enter your email address on the Registration Page and click “recover password.” Contact memberinfo@txsgs.org if you have questions.
Registration Dates & Rates
Early Bird registration rate applies to those who submitted their registration online by midnight Saturday, October 6. Online registration and payment is available through midnight Friday, October 26. After October 26, you may register and pay in-person at the event, if space is still available. Workshops are expected to fill up early.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests received on or before October 6 will receive a refund less 20% of the total purchase price. Requests received October 7 – October 27 will receive a refund less 50% of the total purchase. No refunds will be issued after October 27.
