TxSGS Members: To register at the discount Members’ Rate, you must first log in to our Members Site.
Registration Dates & Rates
Early Bird registration rate applies to those submitted online by October 20, 2020. Online registration and payment is available until November 10, 2020. Beginning on November 10, you may register and pay at Playback.txsgs.org. No member or discounts are available after November 9, 2020.

Cancellations & Refunds
The last day to submit cancellations and receive a refund is October 25, 2020.
- Cancellations of conference registration. Refund of amount paid minus a $45 non-refundable administration fee if submitted prior to and including October 25, 2020. Cancellations of conference registration at any time prior to and including October 25, 2020 – You will NOT have access to the digital syllabus.
- Cancellations after October 25, 2020 – No refunds will be issued after October 25, 2020; however, you will receive access to the digital syllabus as well as a link to On-Demand recordings for the package you purchased.
