Hybrid Meeting Videos

We have received many requests for information about hosting hybrid (in Person + Virtual Participants) meetings. The videos listed below were created by Tony Hanson to provide you with the information you need to begin hosting your own meetings.

• Hosting Virtual Meetings: Things You Should Know (35:40) – This provides a high level overview of Virtual Meetings and explains some of the features and capabilities you can utilize.
• Hybrid Meetings: Small Rooms (24:11) – This video discusses hosting a Hybrid meeting using Zoom in a small room that does not have a PA system.
• Hybrid Meetings: Auditorium with a PA System (37:32) – Integrating Zoom with a PA system requires additional equipment. This video explains what you need and demonstrates how it should be configured.

If you are interested in hosting Hybrid meetings for your society please watch these videos before our July 17 meeting. We will begin the forum with discussion and by answering questions you may have after viewing these videos.
