Ticket Taker / Greeter: Volunteers are needed to collect tickets at the Partner Society Breakfast on Friday morning, at lunch each day and at the presentation room for the luncheon, and the Awards Banquet on Saturday evening.
Room Monitor: Room Monitors will report and assist with the needs of the speakers and attendees in their room, check attendees for nametags, and survey needs in the room, etc. Volunteers will arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the assigned session. One monitor is needed for each session. You may select from the list of sessions or sign up to volunteer and you will be assigned to a session. Unless already assigned, you may select a session you are planning to attend as a monitor!
Registration: Volunteers will assist at the registration desk and with other associated responsibilities (Friday-Sunday, 30 minutes prior to and 15 minutes after registration hours).
If you do not receive a confirmation email following sign-up, your submission was not accepted. Try again or contact us at conference@txsgs.org.
