Alfred M. Green, born 06 Nov 1833, married 1860, died 15 Nov 1907
Rolly Green, born 11 Dec 1866, married 03 Feb 1891, died 09 May 1949

Alfred was a farmer. His farm was located ten miles north of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. He married Eliza Ellen Decker and they had five children. Olevia and Rolly are the only children to reach adulthood. Daughter Elmira died at age seven and is buried between her mother and father. Twin boys were stillborn and buried next to their uncle, John Lopp, who was killed in an Indian raid. 

Eliza died at the age of twenty-two. Alfred buried her in the Clark Cemetery stating that he wanted her to be in a proper burying ground. He never remarried. His mother-in-law Christina moved in with him and cared for the children. He served in the 25th Mounted Texas Calvary during the Civil War. He fought in the Battle of Galveston.
